There's no one great at 160 for GGG to beat, but Hopkins didn't beat anyone either

    When one of the TOMATO CANs that Bumlovkin has knocked over goes up to LHW, KO's an ATG and wins the title there - then you can claim Bumlovkin's resume measures up to Hopkins'.

    Until that day;

    Glen Johnson >>> anyone on Bumlovkin's resume

    He was good enough to move up two divisions, KO an ATG and beat the #1 guy @ 175.

    Wake me when one of the TOMATO CANs on Bumlovkin's resume can say the same...

    I clearly said it wasn't golovkins fault , remember bhop had no amateramaterur career if I remember correctly he got of prison and started boxing (could be wrong), GGG has had one of the best amateur careers in recent memory so not sure if its fair to judge bhops early career

    I don't care if Proksa comes back to boxing and wins the heavyweight title. It wouldn't make any difference to what he was when GGG fought him. Johnson wasn't even fringe contender at Middleweight, and I value the win accordingly.

    Face it. You just admitted that Hopkins' top middleweight win is worse than a tomato can. You let that sink in. Class is dismissed.

    If he does then you'll have an argument.

    Until that day;

    Glen Johnson >>> anyone on Bumlovkin's resume

    Wake me when the Triple Duck comes off of his Bum of the Month tour...

    The hatred/stupidity is strong in this thread...! Hopkins and Golovkin, both great fighters, both ok middleweight resumes. Only difference is Golovkin is clealy ducked...
    He will probably fight Lara or BJS next... Dont think Canelo or Jacobs will ever be ready...

    I don't ever recall Golovkin facing, let alone beating, a 4:1 favorite going into a fight he would utterly dominate.

    That's because Bumlovkin only wants to fight TOMATO CANs.

    That should be the title of your next video. Lol..

    :lol:

    I actually filmed one last night that I need to edit together. It's not about Gennady, but I did make mention of Golovkin 1 or 2 times as his situation is a relevant point of comparison for the subject matter. But I do intend to do a dedicated piece about Golovkin some time relatively soon if/when I have time.

    But on topic, in fairness to Golovkin, I don't think there's anyone in the division right now I'd favor against him. So I can't hold that against him. At the same time, everyone belittling Hopkins' win against Trinidad because he was a "blown up welterweight" is embracing the realms of revisionist history to the point the oversimplification should be dismissed out of hand.
