There's still time for Ward to pull out of the bout.

Some people on ESB said Ward will pull out of the bout, well he hasn't got into the ring with Kovalev yet, so there's still time folks. Don't be surprised if he makes a last minute pull out due to injury before the big bout tonight. :b1:

Don't be ridiculous. He genuinely believes he has what it takes to beat Kovalev.

No behave,it's like when everyone went crazy when Ward failed to turn up to that first presser, what was it,something like a day or two after his Brand fight?

He's no reason not to,he's natural at the weight, the same size as Kovalev, had his tune ups and hasn't lost since he was 14 yr old or something, hell if he doesn't have confidence with a record like that then there'd be something wrong.
I'm rooting for Kovalev but Ward has my respect right now over everyone involved in boxing, why?because he's not waiting for Kovalev to lose or show signs of wear and tear like Floyd would and Canelo and all the other middleweight pussies who are scared of GGG and the same can be said for my fav boxer GGG in that there are double standards as he could take a fight or two at 168 and still unify at 160.
Ward is showing the way folks.

    Agreed.

However it is kovalev who deserves the credit for taking on anyone in any place without dithering during negotiations.

If you want to fight him then just show him where to sign.

Wouldn't shock me at all if that happened especially with all the fights that have fallen through already this year. But I believe Ward sees this a redemption fight and he can claw back all the lost respect in recent years by beating Kovalev. He isn't going to pullout, or at least I hope not.

Yep true,I've heard this about Kovalev so many times about him taking a loss to get the fights made,I'm glad it's paid off for him as I expect he'll make a good do tonight.
