Yesterday in Bunbury (WA) show:- WBC International Super Featherweight Title over 12 rounds Matt Garlett v Allan Tanada (Sydney based Filipino) 1. Tanada jumped on the scales & was only 4kgs over the weight limit (Obviously he had the title in his sight), therefore, the title was off & reduced to 10 rounds. 2. Doctor, unhappy with his pre-fight medical did a simple urine test & promptly withdrew him out of the fight. Which made Garlett's trainer/manager Christian & promoter extremely happy
At that point there's no way of knowing. Possibly one too many grogs during the day? However, there are other substances that also show in simple urine test.
