Impossible to say with Jeffries. Walcott outboxes Baer until he is caught late rounds. Cooney could KO anyone also with his hook so it could go either way. My gut feel is Baers right lands first as Cooney presses foreword. Baer KO 2.
Jeffries wins a UD on workrate and superior ring generalship Walcott outboxes him to a wide UD Cooney is stopped in a slugfest, early-mid rounds
Jeffries wins by decision because of workrate and consistent pressure. Baer would be tough obstacle to overcome for him tough. Walcott would probably box his years off, but he was highly relfex-based fighter who didn't have the best chin. Baer was very awkward and sometimes it's impossible to judge where and how he'll punch you. That's why I see Baer winning with late KO, though Baer has to be in his best shape (mentally). Conney could hit like a monster, but I doubt he would stop Baer early and Maxie liked bigger fighters who wanted to brawl. Gerry also had weaker chin, very few fighters who aren't faster than Baer could beat him in a slugfest. Baer by KO, probably in the middle of the fight.
Would be a close fight between Baer and JJJ .I'll give the edge to Jeffries but only just by decision. Walcott by decision .At his best he'd have Max swinging wild . Cooney would go wild early trying to destroy Max . But Baer s better Chin get s him thru ,Max stops him in around 10 .
