Eat hot nuts!!!! This isn't about Taylor anymore, he lost and even if he beats Pavlik in the rematch, that 0 will never return. that was his bragging tool. This is about guys who will BOX circles around Pavlik leaky defense and slow telegraphing shots. Anyone with speed will give Pav prob and let not throw in there pure boxers. I do think the judges scorecards were rediculous huge but nevertheless Taylor was winning. Guys like Kessler, Lee ( who has a better resume then Pavlik after only 11 fights) and Dawson would as-**** him. Abraham and Sturm would just outbox him, Winky toys with him and Calz and Bhop embarrasses him. Pavlik needs more now if he going to play with the elites, being a nice guy (which he is) isn't going to cut it!!! Oh and let forget his horrible chin (see Taylor, Zunuga, Berbuch and McKart for more details)
Kessler would kill him Calzaghe **** him Brahmer would not need to be armed nor would he need a robbery hes not that good i agree i expected Taylor to maim him
I think the future looks bright for Kelly...its all about the way the will manage him...will a threw him against WW next...nope...I'll give him an easy fight or two, and maybe late 2008 or mid 2009 then I take on WW...
More likely......you haven't seen him (or not much of him).:think Take it as acompliment. I trust you would be able to make better judgement if you were better informed
Calzaghe - very good chance of beating Kelly, although his style is often pretty reckless. But, he'd be the favourite. Kessler - I think Pavlik's style would work very well for Kessler. If Taylor can hurt Kelly, Kessler definitely can. And Pavlik is there to be hit. Abraham - I'd pick Pavlik. Too strong and aggresive for Arthur.
Pavlik whips Andy Lee's ass right now. He has like 10 pro fights, mostly against nobody special (and against a Carl Daniels who had lost his past 6 in a row, including to luminaries like Joe Spina and Dante Craig)). Lorenzo's a punk too who's no better than Duddy. Sturm would get killed by Pavlik as well in his current state. In any case, by speaking with such hyperbole, you just come off looking like a jackass.
Exactly, quite a few of the fighters mentioned would probably outscore Pavlik over the first few rounds as Pavlik is generally a slow starter but once he finds his range its lights out for his opponent. He has serious power with his overhand right and not too many could go the distance with Pavlik
