What I'm tryin to say is this... Why is heavyweight supposedly the only division in boxing where skills don't matter? It matters in every other division, but people don't wanna get up for it at heavy.
Your title is a double negative. "Ain't seen no defense" means they have seen a defense. But to answer the question, it's because all the decent heavyweights aren't boxing. They're playing other sports. So fat hopeless frauds with a punchers chance are getting into the top 20 and even sometimes the top 10. Just my opinion.

Fury has definitely seen some defense. That opponent's defense was so good that he was not only blocking shots, but also strategically redirecting them back to Fury's face. Amazing.
