Your title is a double negative.

"Ain't seen no defense" means they have seen a defense.

But to answer the question, it's because all the decent heavyweights aren't boxing. They're playing other sports. So fat hopeless frauds with a punchers chance are getting into the top 20 and even sometimes the top 10.
