a pattern is beginning to emerge. Should Wilder get past a shot Liakhovich I can see someone like Oleg being fed to Wilder and then they will start asking for a title shot sometime next year. Wilder is a joke and anyone LIVE/RELEVANT would knock this joke out with ease. this is why at nearly 30 fights and almost FIVE years into his career Wilder has just begun to fight opponents who were ONCE relevant. this trend will continue until either Wilder gets exposed or until GBP can secure a title shot with one of the Klitschkos. As sad as it sounds I give a shot Liakhovich a decent chance at exposing Wilder, in his prime he was a much better boxer than Wilder will ever be and even today still has more of a pulse than anybody Wilder has faced. Hopefully we see him pull the upset so this con Wilder can be a thing of the past just like Michael Grant.

Yep, that's why Al Haymon bought his way into the Wilder management team, because he doesn't think the guy has a chance to make it.

At this point Mitchell is even worse than Wilder and that is scary. Either of them are going to give us an epic version of Shattered Glass. I cringe at the thought of Mitchell in there with even 42 year old Vitali. Wlad would decapitate him.

Prime Liakhovich would have dismantled Wilder. Watching Wilder unfold is literally like Gerry Cooney 30 years later. Fights a bunch of bums then they put him in with faded, shot, and older ex contenders etc.

I agree that Wilder is a joke.

Wilder and his team show zero ambition. He doesn't call anybody out and just wants to fight bum after with no interest in climbing the ranks.

They cant hold off the inevitable forever.

he might get past shot Liakhovic, might even KO him early, finally, after 5 years, Wilder steps up, but better late than never, i guess

Give Wilder a chance. Why do you want to see him fail?

He doesn't need to move his career any faster than he deems necessary. He should take as much time as he needs. As long as he eventually steps up who cares?

People want to see him prove himself. Hes nearing 30. Boxing doesn't wait for anybody. Its up to him to go get it. If he continues to stall and fight **** fights that do nothing for his development he will continue to be a joke.

Vialti will kill Seth inside the ring prior to the 3rd round :nut and hell Banks would not make it past 6. :dead

I know Banks has broken hand now but with two great hands the old VK will still crush him.

Mitchell will be under paid for VK, rightfully so, but will be his biggest payday and last:smoke

Wilder needs to step up as the clock is ticking. He has some skills but needs fine tuning to advance. I don't see nobody cashing out on him:hey....yet.

Wilder will be champ by late 2014 or early 2015. get in about 5-8 more fights, Kiltschkos retire, then Wilder is champ forever

I can see the kid picking up steam but he needs to move quickly. With all the BS belts out there having A belt is not all that impressive these days. Hell uncle Roger could have a belt in 2014....:lol.just saying:smoke

Wilders just biding his time, once the Klitschkos retire he'll win a portion of the title & look to unify, until then he's just gonna take on guys like Liakovic, Grant, Maskaev, Peter, Rahman, McCall, Adamek & if where lucky Stiverne & Arreola

Big Chris looked better in shape last fight. He needs Anne Wolfe to kick his still chubby ass into high gear now that she is done with Kirkland:smoke

Why is he a joke??? Heavyweight division is one of the worst if not the worst division in boxing that is dominated by european fighters or should I say the Klits !!! He will get a title shot pretty soon or be a line to face a good contender then get a title shot. There's no need to rush at this point even if he's nearing 30 since I the heavyweight division is not going anywhere right now !
