Just 3 weeks to go and still no advertising on Main Event or Fox Sports websites about the Abraham v Dirrell and Vic Darchinyan card (and Lenny Zappavigna on undercard). Not sure about Sky as yet (can't access the website from work). Surely, someone can show this!!! I know there's online options but it's just not the same...:-(
they will be showing the Vic fight and Abraham Dirrell, from what I hear they will be selling it from sometime this week.
Main Events confirmed to me via email that they will be showing Vic's next fight. Like most of Vic's fights, I am pretty sure it will be the US Showtime broadcast which will be Vic v some poor ******* from south of the border followed by the Super 6 Andre Dirrell v Arthur Abraham stoush. Bearing this in mind, I seriously doubt you'll get the Lenny Zap fight! Bummer! I've said it before and I will say it again, Main Events are a joke! They do **** all to promote their product (just check out their shithouse website and the lack of up coming events), their advertisements are embarrasingly amateurish, the actual coverage is ****ed, it is a rip-off and they continually disregard awesome fights (eg: the Vasquez v Marquez trilogy, the Super 6) yet show crap like Pavlik v Espino or some other douche! The sooner Main Events appoint the AustraHungarian as their managing Director, the better! i am sure you all agree!
Showtime broadcasts here usually only have the two fights, so I doubt we'll see Zappa. May end up both ME & SKY will be showing it.
