I was just thinking the other day what the hell they doing with this lad after seeing he is fighting another record padder next up. His apprenticeship as a pro has been going on as long as the Lord of the Dance world tour.
He’s the next zou shiming but not as good. No power overhyped amateur. Style looks much more suited for the ams.
Record padder?Baluta is arguably his best opponent and he is fighting him after surgery. He could very well lose this.
it was killer when he came out to celtic symphony by the wolfe tones... hope he makes it to the top... the more good white fighters there is the better in my opinion
Who cares if he's white or not as long as he represents Ireland I'm glad to have him at the top of the sport.
He's very gummy and he doesn't impress me but to be fair the powers that be have been out to get him every since he spoke truth to power at the Olympics and gave the middle finger to the system. This content is protected
Perhaps not but I'm still proud of any Irishman who's done what he has for the country in the Olympics and I wish him the best tomorrow. Baluta is a good test to see if he can be the real deal or not. I doubt he'll be an elite p4p talent but I could see him winning a world title if he wins this fight convincingly. Baluta is game with very good handspeed and movement though so he better come highly prepared for this bout.
