They just mentioned Williams vs. Pavlik

Williams jumping up two division proves nothing for Pavlik. Williams will probably get blasted out hard. Pavlik should fight AA.

 

Thats because they didn't look hard enough ..I don't beleive for 2nd that out of middle weight and jr middle there wasn't a fighter to fit the bill until Double A became available .

 

He didn't need a name ..That could of happend later this year ..It proves nothing fighting a welter with a name. As long as he stayed busy and set up a fight with Double A I don't think anyone would of complained ..This though is some streight nonsense for Kelly but credit to Williams for going into the Lions den !

 

I know plenty about boxing. I know that there are plenty of fighters that are a better match than a guy two divisions down.

 

KP fighting PW is ****ing insanity. It is going to be a one sided affair.

Yeah nice try Joe had nothing to do with Arum and company opting to go after a welter weight ! You Pavlik fans will make any excuse for this joke of a fight ! This is ten times worse than Joe fighting Jones ..At least there is some history there with them 2 being top super middles ,whats the history here ? Big man beats up on Lanky kid !!

Funny you say he's ducking Pavlik but what would u call this his decision to fight at welter is that your idea of courage ?

 

Are you now tryiong to claim that Joe never called Pavlik out, or that it is somehow Kelly's fault that Joe won't fight?

Furthermore, not one single Pavlik fan is defending this fight. We have all said it sucks. You know exactly what has gone on, so who do you want him to fight? Given that this fight was Goosen and Williams' idea, do you want Pavlik to joe (oops, I meant duck) Williams?

 

No what im saying is how does Joe turning down a fight with Pavlik make him look at a welter weight ? Explain to me how thats Joe's fault ??And no not evry single Pavlik fan said this fight would suck ,some are justifying it because of paul's height saying that he's better suited for middle ..No one is even coming close to knocking Pavlik for considering this fight like they did Joe for taking on Jones..

It so dam selective is sickening ..How is it that he would actually get a pass for this ..You know all of you will be calling for Kelly to be p4p # 1 if he KO'es Williams I can see it already ..

 

I mentioned Pavlik Vs. Williams long ago, but nobody would believe me. Pavlik by extremely brutal knockout.

 

Unfortunately for Williams I think Pavlik will go in knowing that it has to be quick and it has to be brutal. I think this fight puts Kelly in more or less the same situation as the Lockett fight. Beating Lockett QUICK was an absolute must. This is more or less the same situation.

 

I don't think it's in Pavlik's best interest to force things just because Williams comes from 147, that could play right into Williams hands. Pavlik has to approach this fight like every other and just do his thing and show his skills.
