They never done it before so that must be a good reason not to do it?

This seems to be the prevaling logic from the Pacquiao camp.
So what if this form of testing has not been used before? There is always a first time for everything.
Manny Pacquiao and no one else is holding this fight up.
    Hopefuly two things will happen.
    1. Manny Pacquiao will stop threting to sue. Stop trying to make other fights, and agree to random blood testing. There is no good reason for him not to.
    2. Hopefuly the NSAC as well as other commisions and sanctioning bodies will start using the best testing possible. Which is random blood and urine testing. Not just urine testing even if it is random.

Pretty much what it all boils down to. Just agree that the random blood test can be within a week to two weeks from fight time. That's reasonable. Problem solved.

The fight will be signed. They'll both get randomly tested. No point in arguing about this.

Not a bad idea but will this be the first and last time GBP or Mayweather ask a fighter to these conditions?

It's like if you're a virgin and you tell a girl you don't want to do it because you have never done it before.

You need to **** in order to be a man, unless you're hiding that you're gay. In this case Pacquiao can possibly be hiding something else.

Well if this much money is ever on the line again then your question would be answered.

No man would be considered foolish for asking for strict testing when this much is at stake. I would say the same for Manny if the roles where reversed.

The "never been done before" is the stupidest argument that Pac fans could possibly come up with.

Has being fined 10m for every pound overweight ever been before? No. But it's been imposed for the first time now.

New conditions are imposed in plenty of big fights. In any case there are clearly deficiencies in way drug testing is being conducted in the sport so Mayweather wants a more thorough respected method conducted - Big ****ing deal? Not at all, but Pac is making it out to be because clearly HGH was a big part of his proposed training regimen and now he's deciding if it's worth fighting Mayweather without it.
