Whats the first sign of a declining fighter?
When you've seen a fighter and look for signs of decline, what do you look for?

Of course every fighter is different but generally speaking, whats the first thing to leave a fighter?

Timing and reflexes. They know in their minds what to do, but their body won't allow it. That's why fighters who rely heavily on athleticism and quickness of the body, generally fall from grace much quicker.

reflexes. Notable examples are Jones and Mosley. They still have fast hands but cant get out of the way of punches or time their own punches anymore.

But, seriously, I think reflexes are the first things to dull and also that stamina is pretty much going to encompass work rate and people keep saying "legs" which to me...it all goes under stamina. You don't keep your work rate up (if it wasn't a problem for you to begin with) because you don't have the stamina anymore. Your legs start to go and you move less, still because you don't have enough gas in the tank.
