Stamina of course plays a part in someone's legs and hands becoming slower, but "maximal speed" also decreases, you know what i'm saying? After a certain point you're never as fast as you were at your prime, even if you have the stamina to go 12, 15, or even 20+ like Fitzsimmons.

Timing (not speed it a difference) or u can add this to reflexes I suppose.

This is where Mosley at in his career.

For me it is a combination of foot speed and reflexes. Jones is a prime example of this, a guy who relied on his god-given reflexes and athletic ability. Once, one of them is gone, that fighter is never the same.

Reflexes and legs. The ability to pull the trigger or avoid shots and the ability to use legs the way they used to do.

Reflexes or in other cases the chin is the first thing to go, depends on the fighter really eg Froch's chin will deteriate long before his reflexes do as slow as they are.

legs after reflexes thats why you see the older fighters put they hands up more and sit on those punches, the true power comes at the end of there career, its scary to think of what pac will do to people in 2 years

reflexes for sure. Jones still has great speed and power...but when his reflexes left him it was all down hill from there.

speed/reflexes, this is why Pacquiao doesn't have many years left with that in and out fighting style.
