They should ban all future fighters with the last name of Hopkins.

Keep in mind, tonight should have been a much better night for boxing. Barring injuries, tonight would have featured Holt-Torres III, Vlad-Povetkin and Toney-Thompson. Injuries, sickness, etc robbed us of a good night of boxing.

Don't see how anyone can label Bhop boring, you never know ich one is gunna turn up. He has about a 100 different ways of fighting. He is a true purists type of fighter.....

 

Hopkins/Echols 2 is one the most fun boxing fights ever. You should look into it.

 

Three big (or semi-big, whichever you prefer) fights on the same day with opponent cancellations. That has to be unprecedented. If anything, you gotta give the promoters credit for saving face even if the fights weren't entertaining. It's not easy to find a suitable opponent on short-notice.

 

D. Hopkins was really really ****ing boring. At least you can appreciate the skill of his uncle, but this guy was pathetic.
