Or even Bute vs Ward. With Degale, it's two gold medalist. I think Degale really brings it, so Ward would have to be on his A game. Thoughts?
If he can't make 168, why was he calling out GGG? Honestly, if I was Ward I would do what I could to make this fight. Degale is starting to gain some momentum. Last night's fight against Bute was an exciting fight. I don't know how popular he is in Britain, but I imagine it would be a big fight. Dude fought like a warrior last night. You could even make a case for fight of the year.
Last nights fight was AWESOME My dad and brother were flipping out. Packed action, looked like a movie. After seeing Degale last night I think he beats GGG
Degale seems to be facing fighters Ward didnt face. Ward has not beaten a top undefeated SMW (Degale hasnt either) or top prime SMW and Ward appeared to have no interest in facing Bute and apparently decided against Degale who are both boxer movers. We know Degale is a fighter willing to travel, I wonder if Ward would be as willing? I favour Degale to win
degale IMO would be better off taking a couple of easier fights for a payday than face ward. dont think he would earn mega money v ward and ward would not leave california if his actions in the super six are still in force and fighting ward with his own refs /judges and country behind him with wards style is a hard fight for anyone let alone a foreigner who does not have the power to win inside the distance. ward does not need it but he is loves home cooking.
LOL, you just saw DeGale against Bute. Do you think that either Bute or DeGale have as much as a chance to beat Ward as Paul Smith did?
Paul Smith? Who the **** is Paul Smith? Man, get the **** outta here. Who should Ward fight then? The guy that works at the gas station??? What exactly are you saying? You're saying because you think Ward is so good, he shouldn't have to prove it??? You know how stupid that sounds??? What because he fought in the Super 6 like 10 years ago???
DeGale schools triple duck, he is levels above anyone on his cringeworthy resume. GGG way too slow and easy to hit to have a chance against DeGale
yes ggg did but he was outboxed and outsped by bute until the big ggg punch came ggg is a great fighter/can pick a punch when being thrown down on , but he only has average handspeed , which so far has not worried him , but if degale has an iron chin or reads the punches his style and speed plus naturally being the bigger man means a ggg win idoes not mean the no competition at all statement you state as a given
i like ggg fights more than degales , but degale is a better and bigger fighter than any single fighter ggg has faced as a pro , he might do what you say but those 8lbs might make a difference to his power and they might not.
