This guy from Japan who's got an undefeated record, a big punch, and an exciting style is the only guy worth fighting at 130 lbs for budding star Mikey Garcia, who also holds a world title and is unbeaten. HBO should put up some green to try and lure the WBA champ to the states and face one of there house fighters. While garcia can punch he does have a bit of a chin liability and the Japanese fighter has legit power with a busy tempo to boot. I think this would be an all action fight that would be a candidate for FOTY and would crown an undisputed ruler at 130.
Uchiyama probably makes more money in Japan than what HBO could offer him to fight Garcia in the States. It would be a good fight, nonetheless, but a similar situation to what Chris John was in.
