Glove choice and selection should have nothing to do with either team. A choice of gloves should be approved by the local athletic commission and made available to both fighters end of. It's a ***** move to try and dictate the glove your opponent uses and sullies boxings stellar reputation for being honest and forthright.

 

When the guy said the gloves for Helenius are the same as the ones for AJ, Robert’s representative should have said, ‘OK, cool, we’ll take the ones you have for AJ and he can use these that you tried to give us.’

Would have been pretty funny to see them try to walk that back with the Matchroom Two-Step, haha.
