Do shadowboxing every day. Do you do roadwork? After your roadwork do 10 minutes shadowboxing with full speed and power, but pay attention to do technique properly. Also in your free-time you need to do pushups, situps, pullps, etc body conditioning routines. Remember to strecth as often as possible, you need to have relaxed muscles to get full leverage to the punches. Stretch especially your hips, shoulders, back.
Thanks a lot! I haven't been doing as much lately because of exams but ill be able to start running within the next week or so, ill start doing that as soon as, ill use a couple of conditioning routines I've seen posted on other threads
