    People like to talk about how this is bad for Danny Garcia, but I think it helps him. With Angel as the mouthpiece saying all of this outlandish **** Danny gets to keep his good guy image, stay out of the trash talk to focus solely on the fight, and get the benefit of having the fight enhanced because of the spectacle behind it. Like it or not, this type of controversy does enhance the fights. One concern people had about Thurman-Porter is that the respect they had for each other may have hindered the fight in some way. As we saw, that certainly wasn't the case but there was concern there from the fans. This fight does not have that at all and some people are going to tune in because of the attention this fight is going to get from moments like this.

    Who knows, maybe Angel does have some street connections. He hasn't been silenced yet and he's been doing this for decades. Maybe old coCaine Angie rides around with AKs in the trunk.
