What drills/exercises do you do in training tat you feel really help you to improve your skills/conditioning?

Bag drills. I think they are called tabata or something like that. You do 30 seconds non stop punching at a steady rhythm and then 30 seconds of an excerices like push ups for 30 seconds. You do that for 3mins. ****ing awful but Its helping me. You can also put your foot under the bag and push it up and keep it in the air when you punch to make it even harder.

Sprinting has helped my stamina a lot
Jumproping and other footwork drills have helped my foot speed/work a lot. Like this one

Sparring but with body shots only?

For cardiovascular fitness or to condition the body?

Condition the body but also condition you for a fight I think. Doesn't matter how fit you think you are those bodyshots can really take it out of you after you take a few.

    I think so anyway :good

hitting only body is maybe good for fitness, but people start lowering their guard so its bad for boxing tehnic.

i like when one is aiming only head (for a start with left hand only), and another body. its hard for one that is aiming only body but its good for practicing entering in opponent
