Boxing fans who aren't fans of the sport, but more a fan of a particular individual. Nuthuggers. Boxing fans who don't give professional fighters the respect they deserve, worldclass or not. Boxing fans who overrate older fighters, and boxing fans who overrate modern fighters. Excuses made for why a boxer lost, either from the fans, the promoters, the trainers, or the boxer himself. You got in the ring, you face the consequences.
Boxing politics. Too many weight classes. Lack of a system where a deserving contender should be a mandatory. The division of purses should be more established so people can't say, "We couldn't agree on the split".
I hate the fans, I hate people that pretend that boxers from 50 years ago are better than boxers today, and I hate the politics, other than that I love the sport.
Why, in your opinion, can boxers of 50 years ago not be better than boxers of today? Here's Carlos Ortiz, about 50 years ago. Tell me why(other than the fact that the film is in black and white and you're a raving drunk) he is primitive. Point out his flaws. [YT]yzgYHML5rbo[/YT]
Boxing fans who think that their opinion is the only opinion .......... ooops that's all of us on here! LOL
