    Before you leave..

Makesure you don't do any other exercise on that day, go to the gym stretch & warm up.
Put on the smallest gloves you can get away with & when sparring starts makesure your paired with him first.
Go hell for leather for them 2 rounds, makesure you hurt him, ignore this inside only bull**** and do what you wanna do, once the 2 rounds are up LEAVE with a big smile on your face!

I agree with this. I'm 5,9 175 so not a huge guy but pretty big. In my 6 amatuer fights Ive had 5 knockouts and I realise that you have to power punch equal to your oposition. Only time I go fullspeed and hard is when I'm pared with a hw. When I was younger I used to knock guys out daily, looking back at it I deserved to be kicked out. If a guy is 100 ibs heavier and goes hard and your coach isnt saying anything then its time to leave

Sounds like a stupid "drill". If there where ppl your weight you could have been matched with and he stillput you with the big guy then this is dumb. I wouldnt trust that man to do whats best for me.
