he a young boy with no heart....he gotta understand that this is a poor mans sport and something you can't "quit cause you didn't want to get hurt in the long run" it alot of boxers that wanted to quit but couldn't cause they had to fight to win.....doing what he did disgrace all those who fought till they face couln't be recongize anymore if he brush up on his boxing skills then he wouldn't be something in the near future, other wise....no defense, no jab no heart
You can't be taught to have the spirit to fight on. He doesn't have it, and that will not change. He can have all the pep talks in the world. He is who he is. Ortiz career just finished prematurely.
