well i know for a fact that cintron has at least a 30% chance to win against margo because of the latter being tailor made for his style but i hope cintron does win to boost his rep

 

Cintron has a hard fight ahead, put psycholically I think he's better off than before. Lets not forget he asked for this fight. I can see dropping Maragarito, due to accumulation.

 

There will be an upset. Iv picked cintron to win since the fight was anounced.

He fought the wrong fight last time, he cant go to war from round 1 until the end, that was stupid, he gassed and was promptly stopped. I think Cintron would have learned from his mistakes, Cintron called for the rematch for a reason. If he can mix his boxing anf his fighting up, he'll have the beating of Margarito.

 

i picked cintron in the prediction league, just because i think he would have improved form the last time he met margarito. allthough margarito walking him down, and making him cry again won't suprise me.

 

Cintron is finished. Margo closes the book on Kermit tonight.

Watched the fight again last night, and the cut also shocked the sh*t out of Kermit. If he can avoid a disaster like that, he can be effective early. The question is can he hold on late.

Steward fighters don't seem to clinch very well lately.

 

That's the problem in a nutshell.

Just like when Waldo Klitschko was knocked out by Sanders. He went to the worst trainer he could have. Cintron didn't have a solid inside game and that's why Margarito got him. No off night about it. He didn't have an uppercut, or a bodyshot or a short right hand to get it done. And it looks like he still doesn't know what he's doing (see the Feliciano fight) until he gets his man on the end of his punches just like with Klitschko.

Big men can hurt inside too. Riddick Bowe is proof of that. But you have to be smart and position your lead foot and your shoulder in such a way to make these shots possible. To make that little bit of room to get an uppercut through for example. Cintron and Waldo don't understand that at all (as far as it seems). And Manny isn't teaching them either (as far as it seems).

 

You know what i respect him for taking the rematch the kid has heart , i think he will still lose but put forth a great showing of himself.

 

UD Margarito or late stoppage. Like the first fight only Cintron survives the early rounds as does Margarito.

 

Boxing is all mental and Kermit can't break this guy's mental drive with his fists... He may kiss his fists while the other guy is making fun of him ( imitating him cryin) but that only tells me that he (Kermit) may feel that his hands have the will that he may not have. I tell you what - Tony scares the **** out of me honest. He looks like the true West Coast hispanic psycopath, that horrible mustache, that stupid smile of his and then, bangs you with twisting body shots all night long... Kermit is one of my favourite fighters for real but he can't do it.
