Ok, after training, I was doing my floorwork and my trainer told me to try and do 30 pushups in 4 sets. Ok I did em and now my shoulders are sore. hehehe. But I can feel em getting bigger
after doing 30 push ups in 4 sets you are already getting bigger? do it for another week and you will surely be mr olympia material.
I know, its just a good feeling hahahaha. I just love this feeling. Dont you guys love this feeling??
