this fight is fake

    rjj is beyond shot and I really don't understand the logic in people saying this is a proper good fight, Calzaghe should seriously have given hopkins a rematch and I really don't understand why hopkins didn't put in a rematch clause when his belt was on the line, rjj has been knocked out in his last few fights and really struggled to survive against the same tarver that was completely outclassed by bernard hopkins, Felix trinidad was way over the hill when he fought winky wright so add another few years out and fighting over 30 pounds of his original weight and you got a fighter who just has the name trinidad but is absolutely nothing like him. If Calzaghe doesn't knock roy out he loses alot of my respect as I was always one of the guys who say he hits harder than people think and hits atleast as hard as glencoffee johnson, and for those who keep saying dawson is the next lacy-style hype job couldn't be more of the scale, pavlik and lacy were all about power and if they lost their power they lost their invincibillity, dawson is the real deal because he has brilliant boxing abillity and punching power, any haters out there can remember this post because in about five years when he's top3 p4p i'll bring this one back out:thumbsup

    That's what people said before Hopkins/Tarver and Hopkins/Pavlik. Anything is possible in boxing, that was proven countless times already. If you're right then good job otherwise it remains intriguing till it's over.

    By the way, Atlas picked RJJ so your chances of being right are very high here, actually TOO high.

    Calzaghe beat hopkins more convincingly than 2 of the judges had it,
    I had it 117-111 like Harold lederman had it.

    Nothing Calzaghe will do will make him be seen good by the americans so why not fight Jones?

    It's not that he has nothing left to prove,but it won't matter,if he beats Jones,they say rematch Hopkins,if he beats Hopkins again,fight Dawson,if he beats Dawson rematch Kessler,and on and on.It will never end.The man has shown he is eilte time and time again

    No point in any rematch....other than money......if he fights again is should be against Dawson.....but thats not the big money fight

    I think he will fight Roy again if its a great fight.

    what the great ronaldo of brazil is a sissy? surely even you can't say something as stupid as that the man continued playing football after having one of the most painful surgeries possible

    You should lace up your gloves and get in the ring yourself. Always so critical. Pay the fighters respect. They have dedicated their lives for this bout.

    Spot on. I even read on a post somewhere earlier he was ducking Andrade,Bute and Inkin. Only a matter of time till someone says he's ducking Jacobs or Dirrel.

    theres a rematch clause in this contract, all Im assuming is calzaghes that confident he's gonna serve roys ass on a plate.Or he's havin serious doubts but I doubt it.
    I went over the hopkins calzaghe again and IMHO it was either a point or two in joes favor, no more- if jones demands this ****in rematch I hope theyrll be at least some sort of boycot a la dela hoya packman. Calzaghe doesnt need to do anything more for me if he beats roy convincingly
