i agree to extent,but its not fair to mention hopkins and winky who have campaigned up at LH and jcc who has been at least as low as lightweight if not lower and then not mention calzhage,mayweather and pac man 3 of the greatest of this era. I would say the class of the 1990's you mentioned probably does hold a edge but you take the top 3 from both era's and theres not 2 much of a gap if any,and also vargas's best work was done pretty much at the turn of the century so could be made a argument for him to be with 2nd group aswell as winky wright,and is it a typo or did you really mean to put mayorga in the 1st list
