Much respect for Maidana who really went for it last night.Mayweather won't want to take this brute on again.Maidana won a lot of fans and respect last night. The same can't be said of Floyd.

Exactly. The younger, larger, stronger fighter obviously has the advantage early but Floyd's experience and heart came through in the second half. This was a more significant victory in my eyes than either Guerrero or Ortiz. Floyd was tested but he came through again.

Garcia has done wonders with Maidana. Garcia is the best trainer out there right now.

No. It was a close competitive fight. Floyd got a unfavorable decision but he is the man......Most close fights are going to go his way. They're ready to do it again. Let's be happy. That was a great fight. Floyd did not run. He was in the tranches and earned a lot of respect in how he went about being in a real brawl. He did not have an easy night and a lot of people don't think he's undefeated. .....He's been there before with the JLC fight.

An earnest and legitimate post on the matter. I had mayweather 7-5 but appreciate people look for different things. Glad it was close and entertaining but can't help but think this 'controversy' is due to Mayweather's dislikable personality.

This, like the de la Hoya fight will soon calm down.

    :deal

You can't rob Mayweather, Las Vegas has to be the venue. Maysweather's home.
Ya'll must admit Mayweather has trouble with pressure fighters.
