    He did say that he wanted Taylor to take the fight with Miranda instead.

    He also said that Wlad should never fight Briggs and that never happened. The fight was signed and Wlad pulled out. Steward knows his sh*t, and he nows more about the sport then anyone of us.

    If one would actaully listen to what he is saying during alot of fights he does get it right alot of times.

    Do it do it do it, i love George foremans quotes. He says some of the strangest stuff. I remember one of Cotto's early fights, he said the kid wouldn't go far because he was too focused on the head, never did any work to the body.

    Steward said this at the last broadcast also. The only thing predictable on the HBO broadcasts where there's boxing is that Larry Merchant is going to be drunk and Steward is going to use this line.

"You could just see it in the hand speed and eye coordination that he has, he is just a much better and superior boxer."
