This "Floyd doesn't know brook" statement is getting old and makes no sense.

If Floyd kept all his WW belts, than maybe I could understand a unification fight down the road.

But the guy is the P4P king, he doesn't need titles to define him anymore. Him relinquishing all his titles makes me feel like he doesn't care about fighting against title holders, rather just looking for the big money fights with the big names in boxing.

Only title I could see him being interested in obtaining is the lineal MW championship with Cotto, a fight that would draw much more money and attention than any fight with any WW.

when have they met? How do you know he watched the porter brook fight?

There was an old video, I'm guessing from maidana 1 a video of him being asked about fighters and he did respond to kell brook with 'dont know him'

Boxing is a business for Mayweather, he'll only acknowledge those fighters who bring $$$ to the table, and at his age, fair play to him. If he can generate that type of coin, then good luck to him, we would all do the same.

Exactly. Mayweather surely knows there are 4 sanctioning bodies and he has 3 of the titles at Welter....you'd think it might have crossed his mind at some point who the other one might be too. Maybe he's at least googled it.

Brook has been to the Mayweather gym to watch him spar before and Floyd spotted him and recognised who he was and asked him to come to the front row and Kell said no, so they have met and maybe he is upset over that (I think it was kells trainer who talked about this on ringside ages ago). Also he is a world champion in floyds division lol, of course he knows who he is.

Brook desrves the fight slightly more than Khan. He beat Porter who beat Alexander who also was beat by Khan.
Brook however is a good mild mannered fighter who does not yap on social media all day, and has not drawn enough attention in the west as result.

Brook, and Khan should fight. Khan would have a chance, and if he wins would certainly be worthy of a Mayweather fight.

He has one win that means anything, if he beat Rios well that's his second best win. Senchenko was okay too. At least Khan has a reasonable resume, Algieri would be Brook's second best win.

    Brook has only beaten Porter

That is all anyone knows of him lol.

and here we have Brook b*tching about Khan and saying he has had the hard way up? hell no...he had the slow easy smart way up. Khan jumped in the deep end and got bit.

Imagine if they managed Khan's pro career slowly and carefully at europeon level? Gotta be thankfull he got KTFO and ran to America.

Floyd doesn't know anyone. Even when Froch was talking to him on UK TV you could tell he didn't know his name, just his face, "this guy is a champ.. One of the guys of our era" . Like when you're introducing someone to a stranger and you avoid any talk about names haha
