I like this bloke, he has rapid hand speed and with that, a fast brain to hit a target, and to bring about a successful counter punch; but he continually breaks the champion boxer rule of dropping his hands, and not defending his chin when he attacks.....we saw the outcome/consequence.
Putting your glove in front of your chin (always) requires great brain power to do two or three things at the same time; the only way to sustain this defence, is to continually practise it in the gym, make it a regular drill, helped by a skilled instructor......
The difference between a figher and a boxer is that the fighter relies on luck to not get hit, whilst a boxer relies on his mental skill, combined with professional practise, to continually remember to apply the cover and defences to his chin and diaphram - when there is expected and unexpected incoming, and when he attacks. :bbb

I was glad to see that happen , He was just another Aussie , a bit better than most around , who's managment scoured the country looking for easy fights , and then coming up with the crap no one will fight me ,,

Yeh right , what they meant was no one will fight him for fack all in his back yard , Berridge should of been an easy night for him , but lack of fighting anyone who could hit back , NEVER TAUGHT HIM THE BASICS ,, KEEP YOUR HANDS UP .

And if you wtch that close , he could of got up In fact went to get up , then changed his mind and bottlled it ,, If he had half the guts that the cannon fodder he regular beat up had , he would of got up

Watch it close he actually does go to get up , then looks at his corner and shakes his head . . Like i said his hand picked opponents he regular beat up all shown more courage to go into his backyard when they knew they were going to get beat up , he gets hit back in one fight AND QUITS
