OK, so it's Byrd, Brock, Chambers and Povetkin: Questions:

Why on earth Byrd would want to get beaten from pillar to post by Vladimir again is beyond me.

In the current IBF ratings, Brock and Byrd are 4th and 5th, while Chambers and Povetkin are 10th and 11th. Why didn't the guys from 6-9 not get into the tournament?

Povetkin's style is all wrong for Byrd, just like the Klitschkos, Povetkin by TKO..

If the IBF just had a #1 contender then a tournament wouldn't be necessary

    My prediction: Brock vs. Povetkin

Why would Brock want anything more from Wlad? He has no chance in a rematch either.

Why not let Virchis and Valuev in, instead of Byrd and Brock..

I say Vaulev and Mccall that would peak most peoples interest this tournament sucks its filled with 2 practically unknowns to the average fan being chambers and povetkin and 2 easy knockout victims of wlad being bryd and brock none of these 4 guys of much of a chance of beating wlad

    Yeah, I see a Brock-Povetkin final and a Povetkin-Wlad fight next year

Yeah, even I'd fight Klitschko for a million dollars. And I would even try to win instead of pulling a Bruce Seldon/ Buster Douglas vs Holyfield.

As much as i hate to admit it lewis really didnt have that bad of a chin he ate good punches from bruno, mercer, vitali, and even briggs without going down almost anytime he gets hit solid he gets all goofy and **** and has been down like 11 times already in his career to me thats way too much and has been knocked out 3 times lewis chin is amazing compared to his

Povetkin gone win tournament, but he must wait till 2009 because Wlad is interseting to fight winner Ibragimov - Holyfield and later to fight with another champion of WBA. The WBC belt will leave for his brother Vitali . Lets see what wil happen in future .

Im not saying lewis had a good chin but it certainly wasnt as weak as people imagine it as far as wlad is concerned he really minimized taking a punch he went down against peter in 05 3 times yeah he won the fight but he didnt look good doing it He hasnt fought a fighter with good power since peter and the most recent brewster fight doesnt count he didnt get hit with anything

when you put your head down thats what happens besides wlad was leaning on peters back the whole time and holding I remember the 1 knockdown where wlad was out on his feet and put his head down to hold him or something then peter cracked on top of the head which made him hit the canvas perfectly legal
