Fury isn’t going to fight again he is morbidly obese. He was boring anyway he has little power for his size and throws like 10 punches a round.

Groves has power, fury doesn't. i think Lemieux would knock Eubanks head clean off, should they ever fight. Eubanks is wide open for anyone with a decent straight right.

    It'll go like:

A 350 pound out of shape man on cocaine failing his drug test then announcing his retirement then insisting he's suicidal and 2 years later everyone still calls him their lineal champ without fighting.

    Oh, wait. That already happened.

Fury's lack of power will end up being his undoing.

He got away with it vs a timid wlad but eventually someones gonna realize that as nimble as Fury is its only feather dusters coming back and just go full ****** and land something

    Let's see:

Anthony Joshua = Rarely gets hit by his opponents but is still able to simultaneously destroy most of his opponents by inflicting significantly greater damage upon them than what Tyson Fury is capable of against his opponents. Thus, being able to KO / stop most of his opponents.

Tyson Fury = Rarely gets hit by his opponents, but has to run away from his much smaller sized opponents whilst barely being able to inflict much damage upon those opponents to get as many stoppages / KO's as Anthony Joshua does.

    Results:

Anthony Joshua = great defense + great offense

Tyson Fury = great defense + atrocious offense

From where I come from, 'offense' is part of 'boxing skills'. Just as much as defense is. And Anthony Joshua's offense is much better than Fury's. Whilst his defense is just as good, if not even better but he doesn't have to sacrifice his offense in order to be good defensively like Tyson Fury does.

And Anthony Joshua doesn't need to perform all these irrelevant, flashy or fancy moves to be effective defensively like Tyson Fury does. He gets hit just as little, if not less than Fury does, despite not performing all these flashy, fancy and flamboyant moves that Tyson Fury performs.

There's no evidence that Tyson Fury is the more 'skilled' boxer than Anthony Joshua. If anything, Tyson Fury has an 'amateurish' offense and Anthony Joshua is the one who would make Fury look amateurish.

This, I can agree with. I don't like the oaf but I am inclined to think Fury has the talent to UD Joshua.

But this, this right here is nonsense. Tyson Fury, and Tyson Fury alone applied the brakes on his career. Having the discipline, dedication and mental fortitude to remain at the top and defend your titles is the responsibility of the title holder, and no-one else. Fury's self-destructive behaviour and the detrimental impact it has had on his career is entirely on him, and any attempt to pin it on Joshua or Hearn is stupid. Until he gets back in the ring and wins the titles again he has no divine, God-given right to claim them as his own. Sick and tired of the "woe betide me" bull**** constantly peddled by the Fury clan and their fans. Don't think I've ever encountered such a nauseating persecution complex in the sporting world.

Fury the drug cheat who got busted for peds and cocaine? What a joke.

Comparing Joshua to CEJ is beyond a stretch. Not comparable in anyway and more nonsense from people who rate boxers by race and location. Fools.

AJ is several classes above CEJ. Fury had the tools to beat him, but the Fury that beat Wlad probably doesn't exist any more.

That's all well in good by your theory, but that's not the way boxing works, is it?

    Let's try that again.

    Anthony Joshua =

Doesn't like movement - Fury moves like a middleweight. Although his fighting style is boring and sometimes hard to watch, he would dance around Joshua all night. Joshua struggles with lateral movement and Fury has plenty of it. Fury can also go backwards better than he can go forwards. This makes Joshua play right into his hands.

Has the worst stamina in the HW division - When was the last time you saw Fury gas out like Joshua?
Joshua will have his work cut out with the big man tying him up. Mark my words, Fury would have Joshua breathing heavy by the end of the 4th round. AJ doesn't have the ring IQ or boxing skills to stick Fury from range. He would rush in, get tagged with a weak scoring shot from Fury, get tied up, rinse and repeat.

It would be a lacklustre fight that Fury would win by using his natural advantages.
Better lateral movement, better head movement, the ability to work off the jab going backwards and also his size advantage that he would have on fight night.

AJ is tailor made for Fury...

It would be Parker vs Fury Jr 2, apart from Tyson has the ability to utilise his footwork and use his workrate to out point Joshua. Workrate is the only thing that lost Jr the fight against Parker.

The way you describe Fury would make him the best HW of all time.

Your assessment is based off the Wlad fight I assume. The same fight where it took Wlad 10 rounds to throw a right hand and not the Cunningham fight where he got dropped and outboxed for big portions.

You could be correct in your prediction but Joshua is not Wlad and Fury is not an atg off beating Klitscko.

fury is this generations' buster douglas. puts it all together for one fight (against an unmotivated opponent no less) and then self destructs. he will not be back.
