So let me get this straight...Thurman is "not on Floyds level" and not even being considered, Floyd says he beats ggg at 154...but Mayfield, Berto and Khan are his top candidates?

Anyone with a brain knows that talent and skill wise, Thurman is a top 3 WW. Berto, Mayfield and Khan aren't even top 15.(based on real logic, not some bought, flawed ranking system) Fight who you want but don't insult knoledgeable boxing fans.

If he fights Berto or Mayfield, THEN that's a cherry pick. Crystal clear. I'm disappointed but couldn't imagine Thurman being fully prepared fighting so close.

PBF has one fight left. Let the man fight who he wants he has nothing left to prove. As far as I'm concerned he could have retired after beating #48.

How exactly, thurmans record is a shot Quintana, a shot zaveck, karass, a shot diaz, a 39 yr old bundu, a shot guerrero and soon will beat a shot collazo, + a load of cans. Chavez to be fair is a good win.

if Floyd does fight him and schools him easily as expected , the op will be saying Floyd cherry picked Thurman and hes shyte based on the above

Thurman is a good fighter and is certainly better than Mayfield or Berto. However, it's not a big money fight or a fight that will help Mayweather's legacy much at this point. I'll be happy if the fight happens. I don't see it as a big deal if it doesn't though. Mayweather gets so much criticism because he's been on top for so long, has a big mouth, and has never lost.

Floyd would most likely beat GGG at 154, he would be drained as hell, probably collapse at the weigh in. I'd comfortably favour Golovkin at 160.

Khan gets schooled by Floyd (I hope Amir doesn't get the fight though)

I think Thurman is probably his biggest threat tbh

When did I say cherrypick? Right now is Thurman better than Mayfield, Khan or Berto? Yes or no.

It's a simple question with an obvious answer.

Not a bigger threat than khan.

If Floyd schools Thurman 12-0 would you give him any credit?

I think Floyd gets to avoid his mando and fight whoever he wants from top15 after his victory over Manny.

Thurman and Brook I think are the only 2 welters that won't be considered cherry's. And cuz Brook is from the UK, I'm sure he's a more realistic fight that would make cents $$$ to Floyd, fill up the MGM with UK fans. Too bad Thurman doesn't have the following GGG does, hopefully he will very soon.
