this is true, but Arum is the reason ALI was fighting well pass his prime to the point of brain damage milking his popularity, they both are scum but one was known scum from the get go at least you know exactly what don king is about, Arum is an extremely well educated lawyer, which he has used for many years to manipulate people King may not have the formal education of Arum but his quote unquote street smarts puts on the level with arum in ability to use people but in a cruder manner. remember all them crooked ass back door deals and fixed fights and etc the King was pulling to amass his fortune don't forget Arum was on the other side of the table for a fairly large portion of them. thats why they are right they would get the fight with floyd and manny done in a couple of hrs but if you think Arum would be sitting in that room looking out for manny's best interest and not how he can shave a couple of more percentage points off of something that manny is owed well, we all KNOW that is exactly what king would be in that room doing

No he didn't. Juan Diaz and Campbell were the "best" at 135. Hatton was the "best" 140 at the time. Though he would have lost to Bradley, Alexander, Kahn and Madaina. Mosley and Mayweather were the best at 147 at the time.

Cotto barley escaped 4th-5th ranked Clottey after the damage he took from Margo. Mosley destroyed Margo and Cotto barley beat Mosley in there initial fight. A rematch of Mosley vs Cotto would have proven who the #2 was behind Mayweather.

Other then Hatton, Pac has fought around the 3rd-4th best fighter at each weight.
