This is how floyd keep his p4p status, have others say, he could've done this and that, the American way.

Mayweather was calling DLH out in 2005 for 147 but he was scared of Cotto. lol

The first bolded part got my attention as I never thought about that. Mayweather, Tzyu, Gatti, Hatton, Cotto were the top 140pders yet Cotto didn't fight not one of them. NOT ONE.

De La Hoya had better physical measurments then Cotto, better trainer then Cotto. Mayweather had to fight at a weight he never fought at and couldn't even fully make vs DLH. So there were more challenges then facing DLH then there would have been for Mayweather facing Cotto or Margo.

Vs Cotto and Margo, Mayweather wouldn't have had to agree to all there demands. Mayweather wouldn't have had to go vs a trainer like Freddie Roach, Mayweather would have been able to select the ring size, glove size, venue. Mayweather would have been at his natural weight of 147 as well. So while Cotto and Margo would have been more in there prime. They would have also had to face a better version of Mayweather.

Nevermind, I stand corrected. It was roger talking about Cotto being a one handed fighter in 07 (when cotto was at his best). http://www.eastsideboxing.com/news.php?p=11396&more=1

I bought it up because there was direct **** talking towards cotto from a team Mayweather member. Judah did the same thing. I can't remember is cotto said anything back to judah.

Still the premise is that floyd ducked everyone he didn't fight even though they never made any attempts to fight him (besides margo).

And this is how Cotto beats Mayweather.

This one dumb ass thread comparing Brussels to Cotto.

Oh and by the way - My dad is bigger than your dad!

I think Mayweather would've beat Cotto handily.

But that's just hypothetical, and unfortunately we didn't get to see it.

Why? Because you love your boyfriend Cotto?

Oscar had a better jab, better hook, better defense, better stamina, better chin, and higher durability.

Cotto doesn't have the best stamina either. Oscar would either TKO him or stop him on cuts.

At the time that Floyd fought him?? You must be thinking of a prime Oscar. Cotto was undefeated, young, in his prime and would have surely given Floyd a better fight then Oscar did.

Oscar would have whooped Cotto's AZZ. We're talking about a for sure lock Hall of Famer vs a borderline HOF'er. Undisputed, baby.
