    Use this time to get in peak shape. The majority of novices underestimate the importance of physical conditioning. That, coupled with nerves of your first fight will really sap your energy. Best to get in there in the best shape you can be in.

    its all about conditioning in your early fights....stay calm, stick to a gameplan, and listen to your corner. It'll be a great experience, good luck.
