    One of my best workouts in a while PSAT at The CYAC.
    30 minute run

    (30 second rounds)
    13 rounds of crates
    8 rounds of rapid fires
    7 rounds of shoeshines
    3 rounds of 1-2's
    20 frog jumps
    20 pushups
    3 rounds of 1-2-hooks
    6 rounds of crazy hard body shots

    3 minutes of reaching for goals
    10 pushups
    30 seconds of reaching
    10 pushups
    30 seconds of reaching
    10 pushups
    (no stopping)

    (3 minute rounds)
    2 rounds of jabs
    2 rounds catching jabs

    3 minutes of reaching for goals
    3 minutes of mountain climbers
    3 sets of 15 pushups
    3 sets of 30 scissors
    3 sets of 20 in-and-outs
    3 sets of 20 high leg toe touches

    TIME !!

    Sparring on wednesday. Coach is looking for recruits this time. Hopefully I'll be on the team by next week !

    Sparred yesterday. Nacho won that first round, I won the second, and he ****ed me
    My third round. Coaches said it was all good cuz Im still beginning. I'm like "screw that!" haha. But I held out three rounds. I just need that condition. Aight! Had a good workout after the sparring, but i don't remember what we did. Yehp

    Alright, here's what went down today

    30 minute run

    30 sec. Rounds:
    25 rounds of crates
    6 rounds of rapid fires
    20 frog jumps
    12 rounds of jabs
    6 rounds of 1-2's
    3 rounds of left-left-right handa

    3 minute rounds:
    3 rounds catching jabs with partner, 3 rounds throwing.
    One round of reaching for the goal
    One round of mountain climbers
    4 sets of 50 tigers
    3 sets of 25 scissors

    TIME!

    4 shoeshines
    20 rounds of crates

    And I can't even to count the amount of pushups/frog jumps/and reaching for the goals we did.

    Ended with 3 sets of 25 scissors

    3 sets of 20 toe touches.

    50 pushups
    2 sets of 15 dips

    DONE! .. but i decided to work abs. 'cause that's what i like to do

    2 sets of 15 butterfly sit-ups + 15sit up drop things
    2 sets of 25 in and outs
    20 reps of 12 lb. ball on my pansa
    20 reps on each side of my abs
    then i did the same to Monster but i threw it at his abs , so it worked my arms real good.

    NOW im done.

    wanna get back to that gym!
