    No gym today or yesterday.. so im doin this quickie workout at home n ****!

    17 rounds of shadow (30 seconds)
    100 burpies
    3 sets of 20 scissors+20sideways scissors
    3 sets of obliques 20 each
    3 sets of 20 toe touches

    27 rounds of crates
    20 rounds of reaching for the goals
    3 rounds of shadow
    6 rounds of rapidfires
    5 rounds of shoeshines
    4 rounds of 1-2s
    4 minutes of reaching for the goals
    4 rounds of 1-2-hooks
    5 rounds of jabs
    3 rounds of 4-straight+4 shoeshines

    3 sets of 15 burpees
    3 sets of 20 scissors+20 sideways scissors
    3 sets of 20 each oblique
    3 sets of 20 toe touches

    2 sets of 20 push-ups
    7 rounds of shoeshines
    12 rounds of jabs
    11 rounds of 1-2s
    20 push-ups
    8 rounds of 1-2-hooks

    About 3 minutes of planks
    1 set of 20 push-ups
    2 sets of 20+20 scissors
    3 sets of 20 each oblique
    3 sets of 20 toe touches.

    2 sets of 20 butterfly situps+20 sit up drops

    Monster's workout dont make sense.. whatevers.

    6 rounds of jabs
    3 rounds of hard body shots
    25 pushups!

    2 sets of 25 burpees
    2 sets of 25 scissors+25 sideways scissors
    2 sets of 25 obliques on each side
    100 tiggers

    20 frog jumps
    6 rounds of jabs

    Workd out abs with monster
    20 dropping twelve lb. Ball of abs+ 20 each oblique
    30 sit ups
    (20 sit ups
    20 medium leg sit ups
    20 high leg set ups
    20 medium leg sit ups
    20 sit ups) all together
    1 minute of planks
    1.5 minutes of hulks

    TIME!!!!

    100 burpees.

    not much.. but a good workout while im on vacation at Palomar Mountain

    Could only work out twice last week and twice this week which I didn't even put up. But I'ma start puttin em up again today. Yolo. Hahahahaaaaah. Aight

    repeat obliqques
    a few minutes of crates.. my ankle is still a bit messed up from earlier... yeh.

    2 sets of wood stick slaps on our abs.
    1 sets of 20 12-lb drops on abs+ 20 on each oblique
    1.5 mins of planks
    2 sets of 20 pushups.
