i know i aint been writing my workouts no more. i been busy, which is kinda a good thing. that and the workouts dont change much every day. i sparred Guillermo today., that foo's my weight but he's on the team, the one i am not on. he rocked me hella hard. but ey. learn by gettin beat up. CYAC@
from now on i'll be writing out new things that i do for workouts only and sparring. anything unordinary. tryna spend less time on this computer.
no CYAC today.. 3 sets of 10 underhand pull ups 2 sets of 20 dips 3 sets of hammer pull ups 2 sets of 20 pushups 5 sets of 10 overhand pull ups 2 sets of 20 20 20's 2 sets of 25 Butterfly/situp drops 2 sets of 25 in and outs ran my usual rout 2x
yesterday after CYAC training worked out wit monster in a group of 5. 3 sets of 20 20 20's 3 sets of 25 pushups to finish day.
Haven't posted in a while! routines haven't changed much. Yesterday the team's coach pulled me in with them before the workout. We ran 3 15 second ans 2 30 second sprints on the treadmill on level 9 with a decent slope.. with 10 pushups after each sprint. Good ****!
Said goodbye to my coaches and the boys at the gym yesterday, my family. Going off to college. Crazy stuff man.
Found a good ab workout from a Pacman vid 50 Scissors 50 Side Scissors 50 in and outs 50 mid-leg air humps 50 straight punches shoulders up 30 ankle touches each oblique 20 sit ups, hands in cholo position 20 sit ups left, 20 middle, and 20 right, hands in cholo position 25 ab circles each direction, hands in cholo position 50 sideways situps each oblique 50 situps.
Worked out like this.. 1 mile jog 3 sprints at 9 mph w/ incline 15 seconds, 2 sprints 30 seconds. 4 rounds of shadow w/ 5 lb. dumbells 1 set of 15 pullups, 4 sets of pull ups 10 pull ups 5 sets of shoulder weight things,, dropping 5 lbs each set 5 sets of curls, starting at 40 and dropping 5 lb each set Wrapped up with 3 sets of 25 scissors
Basically did this for the last 2 days: 5 mile treadmill 2 sets f 20 pullups 2 sets of 100 situps 15 minutes of shadow boxing with 5 pound dumbells 10 minutes of regular shadow. Other days i've basically been following past workouts.

3.5 mile run 3 rounds of shadow boxing 4 rounds of shadow boxing w. 8 lb. Weights .5 mile run 100 pushups 2 sets of 30 30 30's 2 sets of in and outs
We used milk crates at the gym so we could rotate with the bags.. So for thirty seconds you put a foot on the crate and alternate feet as quickly as you can. Pretty much just for stamina in small spaces. Jumprope would probably be more effective.
Monster and I finishēd a workout with 50 50 50's the other day. Very hard! But was very effective.
