He is awful to watch. Not hating, this stuff is unwatchable.

    Props to Fury.

People actually think a prime Lewis or Tyson wouldn't ko Vlad. Easy work. He would be scared ****less.

I WAS a HUGE Wladimir Klitschko fan.

I just fell off the bandwagon and got run over by ten cars.

Kellerman and Jones were right, Wlad has muscle memory and goes in all the time and holds and doesn't try to punch.

    It was very obvious here.

I agree. All credit to Fury! But Wlad is shot. It showed against Jennings and tonight he just couldn't let his hands go. It's been a great run! Hats off to a great champ and congrats to the new champ!

yeh wlad held onto the title too long by cheating.

but no amount of cheating will let a 40something hold the hw crown.

I do hope fury isn't going to celebrate gassing out a near 40something.

Me too. His first natural instinct is to grab and hold. He's a big athletic guy, but he's never beating Fury with that style.

    That's pretty much it.

Some people are saying Wlad's used to holding, etc.... I don't think that's it. That's not the style Wlad normally uses against taller fighters.

It just looked like Wlad couldn't pull the trigger tonight. The same thing happened to a lesser degree in the Jennings fight.

I don't know...but I'd say that father time has caught up? As a Wlad fan I hate to say that, but it may be the case.

It's clear he's been in decline for a while now. I first noticed it during the Pianeta fight. I had him losing 5 rounds to Jennings, the writing was on the wall.

His co-ordination isn't there anymore. He occasionally looks disorganised which he never did during his prime. Watch how he falls in against Povetkin when going for the KO, he never did that in his prime.

His time is over, it's the end of the Klitschko era. I can't see any of the current champions lasting long. The guys coming up behind them look formidable and Fury isn't the kind of guy that will have a long prime.
