Most fans, and media are on the fence.
    Kessler vs Calzaghe

Can someone remember a closer fight between elite fighters?

No, I can't remember a tougher pick-em call myself. I only picked Kessler to win with mt V-Cash because the odds were too slanted IMO.

    ........and yes, Kessler is elite.

Do you know what.. I can't for the life of me justify myself calling Kessler elite. He does nothing exceptionally well. He's good at what he does but has he got enough to bother the elites of this world? I wanted an answer to this question so I watched the much talked about Andrade fight again.

Andrade literally has NO defence. If his hands are not down by his side, he was flailing them around like nobodys business. If Kessler beats Calzaghe then OK, he's elite, but I can't see it at the moment.

Kessler has only lost about 4 rounds his whole career. He's fought a few decent guys in there. He's never been close to losing and is technically excellent. I can't understand why someone would watch a fight where a guy wins 12-0 and say something bad about him. I pick Calzaghe tonight but Kessler is a top fighter.

If Kessler wins - we will get the answers in the next couple of years - he fights the bests in their backyard. But if Joe looses tonight we never will know if Joe was realy elite

Both Kessler and Calzaghe are elites.
I think you're trying to be confident, even though.. deep down, you know the Dane is DANGEROUS

Please dont compare Mosley - Cotto to Roy - Tito.

Pavlik - Taylor was close to 50/50...Mosley - Cotto is 50/50.

Calzaghe - Kessler is also 50/50.

I didn't know he was, seriously.. the guy said he's more confident that Joe will win than ever before. I think he's kind of getting psychologically ready, like fighters.. only, I think it will sting to see how much of a problem Kessler can give Joe :D

    Yeah only 4rds it amazing.

fought guys like Mundine,Beyer,Andrade and Siaca for example

It's like a good race horse beating other horses by 5 or 6lens, he shldn't be judged because u can only beat what's put in front of you.

    This is his Kentucky Derby

    I don't think so

The overwhelming majority believes Mayweather will win easy vs. Hatton, and if not easy, at least beat him.
