Diego Corrales. GREAT Fight. Master Performance. But guess what? Not the fight.

Floyd has never been tested. Never been in trouble, never hurt. Never had to dig deep. And Now, after this fight with Mosley, he showed he can. What a Champion.
really? When did you start watching Floyd Mayweather?

So what fight made me a Big Fan of Floyd?

I rekindled this memory after reading this about 10 minutes ago

This is the first time I saw Floyd in a fight stunned/hurt bad enough to rise to me feet and go "O' ****."

And the way he handled it was brilliant. It was the Man's Mind that made me a Fan. How the hell can he just smile, stay calm, look like he is now in a fight he is enjoying because it is an obstacle to overcome and he is getting aroused off it...WTF...he is fighting back too.

I was a golf pro for three years and used a very similar thought process to the above. It just goes to show that different sports have a lot of similarities.

i actually dont think floyd gets enough credit for this fight....but this was a very very evenly matched fight, both undefeated , corrales had deadly power....and floyd beat the holy **** of him , i was shocked.... not that he won, but how he made this into a mismatch.... easily his best win as a pro i think

Corrales, Augustus, Chavez, Ndou, Corley, Gatti, Hatton (particularly the 8th and 10th rounds).....he has numerous fights that make me a big fan of his boxing style. Beautiful to watch.

His inactivity and inability to come to terms to face certain opponents....that's a different story.

I think That's what Floyd does: He makes you think you are in the fight and then he drowns you. More so now than in his lighter weight/younger years where he was on another level athletically.

One of the finest examples of controlling a fight by jabbing to the body. This simple punch not only looked painful after a few rounds but also beautifully set up the decisive left hooks to the head that would come later...

Apparently one or two of his check hooks would instantly put you to sleep as well. Ask for it.

He's simply a beautiful fighter to watch.

I can watch round 8 against Hatton over and over again.

Floyd at 135 and below was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G to watch. I could watch highlight reels of him at those weights ALL DAY LONG.

An incredible talent at 135 and below.

The Judah fight showed how serious Floyd gets when he is in a fight.
