Crawford is naturally a counter puncher, even when he KO's guys its usually because he catches then with a counter when they're coming in, hurts them, and then he aggressively goes for the kill. If his opponent doesn't give him anything to counter it can turn into an incredibly dull affair a la the Klimov fight. Postol isn't going to make any attempt to push the pace and open himself up to anything, he'll settle into a rhythm controlling Crawford with his much longer jab and force Bud to become the aggressor. Postol is not only a counter puncher, but he counter punches in bunches. His hand speed and output is exemplary, and his ability to concentrate while put under pressure is impressive. I don't see Bud being as aggressive as Matthysse here, so it could turn into a chess match with the guy with the longer reach and far better jab nicking the majority of the rounds. And if Crawford does push the pace, Postol will land and land hard, and Crawford was badly hurt by a gassed out of it Gamboa in the 9th and from a short right, so its a legit possibility Postol run of late match KO's continues tonight.

I think Bud will box his face off and if there is a KD it will most likely be a TKO from Bud on him real late in the fight

I don't have complete trust in either guy. That's what makes this fight intriguing. Like we knew what to expect with Pac, Floyd, Tyson, Ali win or lose. These two are still building my trust up.

I'm actually worried that Crawford is too patient in this fihgt. We all know Crawford is a slow starter, he started slow against Gamboa, Burns, Dulorme etc. If Postol gets the first 3 rounds, he has a great chance of stealing rounds in the second half to win the fight.

Indeed, I think Crawford's power is real but IMO, it's not really a big factor here in this fight. His ability to adjust and just generally how nuanced his boxing style is what will get him the win over the more basic fighter.

Also he's faster than Postol.

Crawford and Kovalev fight real contenders who fight back. GG steam rolls average opposition and is ****rided for doing that. But you will find out one day how good GG is when he faces real opposition. Until then keep on bragging and overrating MADD Magazine face.

I don't care who Wilder fights up until he fights for the lineal title. Who ever he has to beat to get there so be it. I don't look for Joshua, Wilder or any of the top guys to face certain guys. I'm old school. Eventually they must all fight each other to get to the lineal champion. I don't hope that fighters don't fight certain guys.

Povetkin was next in line and got caught with Meldonium in his system and this is AFTER he won the purse bid and had the fight set to take place in his ****en back yard.

How any boxing fan can say, you just don't want him to fight this guy or that guy is beyond re****ed. But that's today's boxing fan. They get mad so they have to get you mad with pitiful retaliations. I fell for it 20 years ago. Not today.:nono
