By rights he should be close to the WBC mandatory; hopefully he will go for glory and a second world title, rather than chase the money fights.

so he chose not to train for the opponent that would have been hands down his best win should he have prevailed?

Give some credit to Andy Lee. He had Parker duck low under Wilders windmill right while throwing a tight of his own.

    Rematch with Joyce or AJ.

So if he fights zang and wins will you say zang is washed up and to old?
Or will you give Parker some credit?

WBO route is probably his best bet, which is why there's talk of him taking on Zhang next. I'd assume the WBO would be amenable with him taking on their interim champion with him being a former WBO champion.

WBC won't be as amenable I suspect, even if he gets Wilder's number 1 ranking when the rankings are revised, there's no guarantee they would give him a shot given that being number 1 means nothing to the WBC given what happened with Whyte when he was their number 1.

WBA may offer another route as Wilder is their number 1 and so he should supplant Wilder or at least get a high enough ranking to earn an eliminator. I wouldn't mind seeing Parker vs Bakole who is their number 2 fight in an eliminator, that would be a good fight and one I'd favour Parker to win.

WBC guy actually put a medal and a belt on Parker on the night of his win. They seem keen.

    WBO should be keen too

Zhang, Hrgovic or Ruiz Jr should be next for Parker, whichever makes the most money.

AJ will probably not be interested yet.

Can't see him beating Joyce unless his chin has completely cracked. The pressure is just too much.
