Wake up and smell the coffee. I'm happy Floyd is unwilling to fill this mans pocket, seeing as he still owes Floyd money for the Gatti fight.

If Arum wasn't interested then why bother even negotiating?

Wouldn't he just push him to the side like JMM?

that's probably the main reason among a lot of reasons. if arum was the sole reason though, how would you explain negotiations even taking off in the first place? negotiations was underway the first time even when bob was in the equation, until the osdt request came about.

Floyd fancies making big dollars, but I still think somewhere back in his mind he's thinking to himself "Why fill that mans pockets? He's a scum, I'd rather not have anything to do with him..."

He's said a countless times "Well, Pacquiao aint his own man, when he finds his own voice we can sit down and talk"

If I had been tricked out of money from putting my life on the line for a promotor, I'd also be very reluctant at making him a big money payday.

I thought at first there was TOO MUCH money on the table for it not to be made, now I think Floyd doesn't want to "sell his soul" for the largest gate in history, but could fight $20m paydays against others and still make profit.

Arum wants this fight, because it means he's gonna walk away with $10m. Ofcourse hes ran through his top rank stable with Manny and made many millions of dollars.

Yeah thats the reason why the fight is not being made.

Its a business and some people cannot do business together, especially Arum and FMJ.

Neither PAC or FMJ are cowards.

Lucky for PAC, as FMJ would beat him and make it look easy.

This is coming from a FMJ hater.

I know mate, I was backing your statement. Floyd definetly has a bee in his bonnet with Arum.

With Floyds history of spending money though at some point he'll need Pac.

Berto is with Al Haymon, which makes it far more likely they'll end up making money together.

just a smoke screen, and to get publicity....he is a promoter....how much free press did pac get from those negotiations....just like the b/s deadline that was instead a pac/marg sales pitch instead of an actual deadline

    interesting response

It's hard to swallow your pride for a payday if it involves making someone who still owes you $4million richer.

What do you mean you're "happy" the fight isn't being made, as Arum owes Mayweather money? Why do you give a **** how much a multi-millionaire, who literally throws money away, is owed? I couldn't care less if he is owed $1 or $400m, I just want to see the fight.

Sure, you might say it's "understandable" but "happy"? That bull****.
