Why doesn't Floyd fight Williams? Cotto's faced solid WW competition since moving up. He's fighting Manny who had at least fought at WW before, unlike Marquez.

I'm not sure Leonard would have beaten Aaron Pryor

He dominates his opponents while routinely landing 50% or more of his punches, is never in serious trouble or ever even appears fatigued, he's undefeated, and has six titles in five weight classes. I think he's building quite a case for himself.

so Pryor wasnt begging Leonard for a fight?

yes he kO'd Hearns in a last ditch effort in a fight he was losing. But still doesnt help the fact he didnt rematch Hearns until they were both past it.

Leonard was a big welter and Hagler was an average sized middleweight. Leonard is actually taller. Dont make too much of the wieght difference. Even with 2 years out of the game. He was still alot fresher then Hagler who was battling while LEonard was vacationing.

Nobody in the game, but Paul Williams and Manny Pacquiao have a real chance of beating Floyd. What does that mean. You know how stupid that argument is. IT'd be like saying ROy Jr's resume isnt impressive because nobody had a chance of beating him in his prime. Well duh!

Corley was a decent contender, who had the fraud in your avy on ***** street. Judah was the undisputed welterchamp with BAldomir when Floyd fought them. Hatton was lb for lb 8. And DLH was still somewhat viable and considered the best 154lb in the world and in Floyds 5th weight class. Again if the guy in your avy wants to challenge himself like Floyd has, he hould fight Kessler at 168. That'd be his 5th weight class.

Sorry, Mayweather rematched Castillo immediately and won convincingly. fail.

Yes, beating the undisputed welter champ, the IBF champ, the champ at 154 his 5th weight class, and beat the pound for pound 8. Clearly not taking on any challenges.

Oh throw in the fact he challenged mosley twice

Keep thinking that. Race and how atheletes are percieved is an unbreakable link. Every black celebrity can't be the era's Will Smith or Ray Leonard humbly smiling for the cameras and being accepted as one of the media's own. Most are treated quite differently, especially if they have opinions they are more than willing to share.

He can claim he's the best ever all he wants but that will only be in his own head and I'm sure it hurts him when he convinces less and less people...

Pure talent wise, he's probably top 10, talent wise..but in the accomplishment department, he's still far back.

Imagine if the Patriots of 2007 would have claimed to be the best ever after winning a Super Bowl against a team of their choice, such as the St-Louis Rams for instance.... We would all be saying it don't make sense and clamoring they still got their "0" would be ridiculous in the end !

He's still fighting so the credibility on his accomplishments are still in the maikng, let's now wait and see how it end up...
