All stiffs though. And they all looked like they stayed down and didnt wanna get up as opposed to being sparked out and couldnt get up in time.

prime briggs would not stand a chance, let alone the current washed up version. it is a scandal that he is even getting a shot at Vitali's title.

What a pointless fight. But ****, he's got some serious power.

True, but Vitali has looked much worse getting rid of the stiffs he's been fighting the:D past year.

    That is eminently debatable.

Wladimir Klitschko, Samuel Peter, and David Tua could all be said to carry more power (without the benefit of a steady diet of tomato cans to KO early).

A scandal? It's a bad fight. But a 39-year old fighter who has maybe two fights left in him taking on a lesser fighter is not a scandal. Now, if he were say a 29 year-old fighter from the UK who had just won a belt and talked incessantly about building a legacy and then opted instead to fight hometown loser by the name of Audley Harrison....now that would be a scandal. :D

I'm not a Haye fan, nor a Klitschko hater and so have no agenda here - but even Harrison is a better contender than Briggs right now.

Not sure about that. Both are pretty bad. But that really wasn't my point. Vitali is old and he's on his way out. Haye is just getting started. The fact that Vitali is fighting an unworthy opponent is said and it make hurt his legacy. But at least he has one. Haye doesn't, at least not at heavyweight. And he's wasting 8 months of his prime on Audley Harrison? :nut

Both are wasting the fans' time, IMO - until (or make that "unless") they fight each other.

Vitali's comeback kind of pisses me off, in general. He left the sport and saw Wladimir rise to the top, and then had to come and ****-block him instead of letting him reign alone. The novelty of two brothers as champion simultaneously isn't really worth sacrificing the clarity of having an undisputed #1 in the division.

Haye needs to be challenging himself for all the talk he's done, and he has pretty much failed to do so since moving up from Cruiserweight (with the unexpected exception of Ruiz who put up a better fight than he was supposed to).
