    Mitt drills? This would have been a lot more interesting with the device attached to a high caliber sparring partner during a particularly vigorous session.

    I imagine that there would be too much camera shake due to the head movement. Unless it's Brandon Rios sparring Brandon Rios, you're not gonna get much usable footage.

    I like it, but that ain't Pac 2009. You know I couldn't help but compare it to the mitt drills I've seen Roger Mayweather do with Floyd. Except it was almost the opposite. Floyd was ducking the mitts most of the time. This drill with Manny looked like he was training to hit but with nothing coming back at him.
