The vast vast majority of viewers agreed with the 118 - 110 score. Not a single pep from any respectable boxing analyst or sports media saying otherwise. This was a very entertaining fight and the guy that should have won based on what people saw , won. So contrary to your narrow sighted view and your deep hatred of Pac, this fight should have made fans.

exactly....that's the kind of stuff that has basically killed this sport. the inmates pretty much run the asylum these days in boxing...sport is in dire need of some adult supervision, but hey , is ok....every sport has it's day in the spotlight then eventually fades away. boxing had its day back in the 1940s-1990s and now is a marginal sport...maybe something else better will take its place.

the vast majority of viewers were drunk off their ass from drinking too much alcohol and hanging out with their buddies and not really watching the fight which is why they have commentary...and the majority dksab...not to mention pac's popularity.

if you were ACTUALLY PAYING ATTENTION, you saw a close, competitive fight that vargas probably deserve to win (which explains the one score that actually made some sense...just for the few fans left who actually care about things like that). but the networks know the vast majority of fans don't really watch the fight, and they exploit them with bogus decision such as this.

It was not close nor was it competitive. Your post would have more meaning if you aren't one of Pac's biggest haters on here.

LOL at thinking vargas won. He was absolutely destroyed. Pac should have had 2 more knockdowns too as they were both done by punches. the 114-113 card was a joke.

i don't expect a guy with a screename like pacman24 to be objective...but that's what i'm saying about this sport...it's so bush league now. not like a real sport at all...other sports, the judges have integrity or at least try....boxing doesn't even try anymore, it's like the officials, the promoters, the regulators and everybody who is supposed to oversee the sport is like "who gives a schit?"

not a pac hater at all...i'm a long time fan who has watched this sport become a worthless spectacle...used to love boxing, now like it's really and truly dead. and a big part of that is due to the corruption and bad decisions like pac-vargas.

What do you base the "Vargas probably deserved to win" on?!

Pacman was the aggressor, landed more punches (the punch stat proved that), had better ring control and scored a knock down. It was a close fight but not hard to score at all and the right man won.

Do yourself a favor and study some boxing so you don't make a fool out of yourself with stupid threads like this.
